Some clients elect to sell their properties by a discrete method known as ‘Off Market’ whereby no public advertising is produced.  We are delighted to be able to provide this service, with a level of discretion to suit our individual clients, by calling on our bedrock of connections.  Please ask a member of the team for further information.

All our market appraisals are offered on a complimentary basis at a time to suit our clients.  Many of our clients live abroad and are not able to be present at the time of the valuation, however, we encourage our vendors to meet us at the property where possible.  Our valuations are based on real market data which, subject to confidentiality restrictions, we discuss with you so that you understand the comparable evidence from recent sales, current market conditions and how we arrived at the valuation figure.

All vendors are required to have a valid Energy Performance Certificate for their property to be marketed.  We are happy to organise this for you or recommend reputable suppliers.

We recommend at the time of instructing us that you speak with your solicitor and collate the legal documents you require to sell the property.  This will help prevent delays at a later time.  If you do not have a solicitor please enquire for some recommendations.  We always recommend solicitors based in central London as it is important the firm has a background in central London Leaseholds and Estates.

Our fee structure reflects our ability to deliver expert advice and an efficient, personal service.  We aim to keep the stress away from our clients by keeping them informed and their interests paramount at all times.  There are no up front costs to our clients for our disposition services.  We collect our fees, as standard, from the proceeds of sale.  All marketing material and advertising is provided at our own expense.
