About Us - Messila Residential

Messila Residential is an independent Estate Agents, forming part of the Messila House Group of Companies. Our Head Quarters have resided on South Audley Street in Mayfair since the late 1960's. Our services include Sales, Acquisitions, Lettings and Management.

We have two offices in Prime Central London; Marylebone and Regent's Park, each interlinking but specialising in their niche market. All our shop fronts are recently refurbished and in key locations, welcoming excellent walk in trade.

The teams here at Messila Residential come with a wealth of experiences, along with excellent local and International knowledge. Profiles of all our staff can be found on this site and we encourage you to take a look at who you will be working with. We pride ourselves on offering a personal service for a personal process, coupled with a commitment to the highest standards of discretion and customer service. To this end we like to get to know our clients so that we can respect their needs and deliver the services they desire.

We are able to offer our services in several International languages enabling us to communicate with clients where others may not.

Meet The Team

Ayad Kazanji MBA, BSc (Hons)

With over 15 years of experience of working within the Messila group of companies. Ayad was Manager of Normandie Estates, St. John’s Wood and then appointed as Director when Normandie Estates merged with Property Consultancy Messila Residential.

Ayad has amassed vast experience of the property market in St. John’s Wood, Marylebone, Maida Vale and West End London. He is fluent in both English and Arabic.

His interests include travel, walking and spending time with his family.

Helen Davies

Helen joins Messila Residential with almost twelve years of working within the lettings industry, ranging from property management through to high end corporate relocation. She thrives the fast paced nature of the lettings business and the fact that no two days are ever the same.

Along with her honest and friendly approach to dealing with clients she also has a sound knowledge of housing law having gained the relevant qualifications.

Outside of work Helen is a keen bargain hunter and can often be found in East London’s ‘Brick Lane’ searching for vintage clothes.

Carmen Dolenec

Carmen has been with the Messila group of companies for over ten years. She is fluent in two languages and is a valued member of the Messila Residential team.

When she’s not working with us at Messila Residential, Carmen likes to spend her time visiting London’s fantastic museums and art galleries, or going for walks in the countryside.

Caroline Choi

Caroline has always worked in customer service based roles, with previous employers including a UK airline and a high-end luxury hotel group before moving across into estate agency work over ten years ago, where she finds assisting people in getting the right property extremely rewarding.

Having lived and worked in St John’s Wood and its neighbouring fashionable locale for nearly twenty years, Caroline is welcomed to Messila Residential Regent’s Park with an abundance of local knowledge. She enjoys the multicultural aspects which London life offers and in particular the variety of theatres, restaurants and shopping opportunities available. In addition she relishes the UK and European country pursuits, visiting stately homes, palaces, gardens and historical castles. Caroline is fluent in both spoken and written Chinese, thereby complimenting Messila’s wealth of languages.

Anne Jordan Bachelor of Science in Information Technology

Anne is the new addition to the Messila Residential Team. She has an over 10 years’ experience in the Middle East working for corporate oil and gas, real estate and sales and marketing companies specialising in commercial & residential property office administration and UAE government immigration/visa processing.

Her interests include travel, spending time with family and enjoying different food cuisines.
