Before the tenancy starts
- Holding Deposit - 1 week's rent;
- Security Deposit - 5 weeks rent if under £50,000 per annum and 6 weeks if exceeding £50,000 per annum
- Admin Fee of £300 will be charge for NON AST Tenancy (Company let)
- Rent Payable - either calendar monthly or quarterly in advance, subject to prior agreement
During the Tenancy
- Third- party payments: such as council tax, utilities or payments for communications services;
- Default charges; such as payments for the replacement of lost keys or interest on overdue rent; and
- Tenancy transaction charges; such as requests to vary or assign the tenancy not exceeding £50.
